CANCELLATIONS

Once you have schedule an appointment, please be aware of the time you have scheduled specifically for you. If you are late for a phone and/or in-person session, your appointment length will not be increased to make up the time you have missed, to respect the next person’s time. No refunds (whole or partial) will be given. To give you as much information as possible it is important that appointments are to be kept on time.

Appointments may be rescheduled 24 hours of appointment time. Appointments canceled less than 24 hours of appointment time or no shows for phone or in-person consultations will be charged in the full amount of consultation, as others could have used that appointment time.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
